Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Box Targets LLC.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition
  • All original parts and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Used targets cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges / Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item was damaged on arrival
  • The product is defective

If one of the above applies, we will provide a prepaid return label.
